Are you thinking about a career in golf? Good for you! A job in the golf industry can be very rewarding. So, think about the area of golf in which you excel. Then, choose a golf career that will match your personality. Below please find a sampling of some careers in golf:
- Equipment Specialist—These bright individuals specialize in fitting golfers with equipment by using a fitting system and a PGA recognized golf range. They can also repair many different kinds of golf equipment, like clubs, teaching aids and more.
- Teaching Golf Pros—These are the people who help both amateurs and professionals improve their games. Every golf course needs these talented professionals.
- General Management—The General Manager is the one in charge of managing the entire golf facility, from the course to the administration. If you enjoy being a leader and calling the shots, this may be a job for you.
